Our employees are our most precious asset. Thus we put great emphasis on their education and further training. We can only maintain our strong market position and know-how lead in the future by constant further education.

The training of our employees is a top priority, especially the apprenticeship is very important for us. Thus we are currently  training apprentices in the sectors

Career with an apprenticeship is for us not an empty phrase. A completed apprenticeship with us also offers an in-house career opportunity.
