The investments made at the Montan Terminal Kapfenberg in recent years are remarkable. A multi-million euro expansion of the terminal took place in 2023 and 2024 of in total 12.000 m2. The terminal was comprehensively expanded with 12.000 m² and includes 12 new bulk good boxes for the storage of primary and secondary raw materials and 300 hybrid container depot spaces for 20, 30, and 40 ft containers. Ground sealing of the built-up area was minimized by using strip foundations. A total of around €20 million has been invested in infrastructure, additional MOCO units, and new equipment in recent years.

All signs point to growth. Montan Spedition is committed to preserving a healthy environment and will continue to pursue this path consistently and successfully in the coming years.
